GOT MY HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, You won't believe this having a major issue monarch 9mm ammo review with my Holoson EPS Carry. The reticle is completely frozen. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like the whole thing is glued together. Has anyone else ever experienced this nightmare?
